It was clean and basic room.
Travelodge Belfast was a comfortable and convenient place to stay at a very reasonable price. I enjoyed my stay in Ireland and the comfort and very convenient location of the hotel simply added to the enjoyment of my short-trip. The staff were extremely helpful and I would like to give a special thank you to Mike Gatt for his extra help and assistance with tour suggestions and recommendations. A very enjoyable stay, thank you.
Being in city centre was good.
Convience to city centre.
No biscuts on the welcome tray.
The room was very clean! Coffee and tea facilities free to use. Staff fun and helpful. Location is great, in the center of the city, accross the rail and bus station, walking distance (3mins) to the main shopping area.
A bit noisy in the night, the hotel is accross 3 (very nice!) pubs and the 'best pizzeria in town' which is open till late.. but ok if you close the window.
heating in the room broken, when i called recertion they said maintenance had gone home.we had 4 inches of snow that night, they ofered me a heater that never arrived
Good localization, nice, not expensive
They have a restaurant next door with interconnected doors and this made both the evening meal and breakfast a good experience which is often the problem with travelodges.
There is no lounge facility just four chairs in the lobby.
I was very disappointed. For the price of the room, it was small, old in design and very uncomfortable. One of my biggest concerns was the security of the building. I was told that the policy is to hand in the key if I leave from the building, however, when I returned I asked for the key, they gave it to me, without asking for id or who I was. This was quite frightening as it means that anyone from the street could mention a room number and the staff just hand it over. Very concerning.
check in staff were very helpful and informative about the location.in particular they called taxis and overall were very friendly
no carpark ,no shower gel in bathroom,
Location was great, your staff on arrival was very helpful. Morning management staff not so much. Allowing storage for bags after check out was great. Beds and linens were great.
The flooring in the bathroom could of used a face lift it appeared not clean up I am sure it was since everything else was. I would of also liked a phone in the room. That would of made me more secure since the area at night was a little on the rough side.
Excellent location. Very friendly staff.
The bathroom had mould in it. The other guests around me were very very noisey and kept me awake. The noise from the outside pub was also loud although more so as the window did not shut fully.
It is right in the centre of belfast great for shopping and near bus/train station 2 mins. away, this is my 2nd trip to the travelodge and we will be back soon as the staff were helpful and polite thankyou for a lovely w/end
we all enjoyed our stay , and will be back to travelodge 0n our next visit to belfast
Very basic hotel, bathroom was tiny.Curtains didnt match! No hairdryer in room. Very dark room, the only view was of the starirs in another building. All in all fairly terrible. Only good side was the restraunt downstarirs which was nice.
